Tap teacher Gene Medler is an experienced performer, teacher, and director of the N.C. Youth Tap Dance Ensemble. My informant says, 'The teachers are all fun to work with and are very patient with beginners. I have taken ballet, modern, and jazz there and all the classes offer good basic training as well as challenging adults to progress as each person is motivated.'
